Our Team
Vincent Wong
Managing Director
Vincent is currently a practising Chartered Accountant of Singapore and has more than 18 years of experience in auditing and accounting. Vincent previously served as the audit partner at one of the top 20 accounting firms in Singapore from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, he held position as audit senior manager at a large mid-tier international accounting firm , audit manager at one of the Big 4 accounting firms and Group Finance Manager of a Group with overseas operations listed on the Singapore Exchange.

Vincent was involved in the audit of different industries, including listed companies, private companies, multinational corporations and not for- profit organizations. His portfolio ranged from lifestyle, trading, food and beverages, manufacturing, construction and shipping industry.
He also has extensive experience in internal audit, financial due diligence, consolidation work and
group accounts, financial accounting and reporting.
Cheng Chia Lea
Associate Director
​Chia Lea has over 9 years of audit experience and has worked with a wide range of clients, including multinational corporations and small and medium enterprises, across diverse industries including construction, shipping, fund management, trading and manufacturing entities.

Chia Lea is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, ACA of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and Accredited Tax Practitioner (Provisional) of Singapore Chartered Tax Professional.
