Audit and assurance
At Prism, our Audit and Assurance team is led by two experienced Audit Managers who bring with them over 6 years of in-depth audit expertise. They have accumulated extensive experience across a wide range of industries, ensuring that our clients receive relevant, practical, and industry-specific audit insights.

Their professional journey spans across multiple countries, including but not limited to Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, and India. This regional exposure allows our team to understand diverse regulatory environments and business practices, delivering high-quality audit services tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Tax
Prism has a senior tax consultant with 15 years of experience handling engagements involving corporate tax compliances, due diligence and tax advisory. The senior tax consultant started her career at one of the Big 4 firms and held the position of tax manager at a large mid-tier international accounting firm in Singapore. She is an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax) with Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals.

She was involved in tax matters across various industries, including shipping, aviation, financial services, commodities and investment holding company. She also has experience in handling queries from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
